Calendar – Dacorum

The Industrial History Group meets on the third Wednesday each month, at St John’s Church Hall, Boxmoor, HP1 1JX. There’s now free 3 hour parking immediately outside the church in Heath Lane (between St John’s and Station Roads). No return within 2 hours.

We are a friendly, welcoming group who look at the social impact of industrialisation as well as the ‘techy’ side of things. We have a mix of speakers and subjects, an annual coach trip to a ‘venue of industrial significance’ and good connections with external organisations sharing similar interests.

The entrance fee is currently £2 which includes tea, coffee, hot chocolate and a warm welcome. And biscuits! You can pay in cash or card on the day.
