Tea Dance
Alternate Tuesdays. Usually not in August or the Tuesday before Christmas Day.
Apsley Community Centre, 58 London Road, Apsley, 2.00-4.00.
The easiest Car Parking is in the Durrants Hill car park, costing £1.10 (card or coin) for three hours.
There is no need to ask. Please just turn up. If you need to ask anything then Email Coordinator at group 005.
We do Ballroom, Latin, popular Sequence and a couple of line dances to warm people up. There are three DJs who take it in turns to keep the music varied and interesting.
Dress code is ‘Strictly Casual’. Please don’t be shy, particularly if you are male: your Tea Dance Needs You!
Ballroom and Latin, some Sequence and the odd Line dance. We like to get everyone up on their toes, and provide tea and gossip as the antidotes during the tea break! We don’t teach, but willingly recommend local teachers.
Fees are £3.00 per person, plus 50p for refreshments, including all visitors. All visitors, including members of other u3as, may attend twice before joining u3a Dacorum.
