St John's Church Hall, Boxmoor

There’s free 3 hour parking immediately outside the church in Heath Lane (between St John’s and Station Roads). No return within 4 hours. There’s usually space there, but if full there is on street parking nearby and a pay car park in Park Road.

We cover all aspects from life science through to physical science, via medicine, agriculture, biology, chemistry, and engineering. From time to time we disappear into the fascinating side roads of geology and astronomy. All are welcome. A knowledge of science and technology is not necessary, just an interest and a desire to know more (which I hope we can provide).

We have a monthly meeting when a presentation in anyone of these areas is given (and sometimes in areas we had never even thought of), followed by a question and discussion session.
